- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations/no-shows will be deducted from your package.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
- Packages of 3 are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced.
- Treatment suitability is subject to consultation; alternative options may be offered if needed.
- The salon reserves the right to update or amend treatments within the package if required.
- All sessions need to be used within the time period - non will be carried over.
