Terms of service

 

Voucher Usage:

• This voucher is valid for use on full-priced services only.
• It cannot be used to purchase retail products or pay for discounted or promotional services.

Redemption Process:

• The voucher must be redeemed by booking in advance via phone or email.
• The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking.

Single Use:

• No cash or credit will be given for any unused value.

Non-Refundable:

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity Period:

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Transferability:

• Vouchers are transferable to another person but must be used under the same terms and conditions.

One Voucher Per Visit:

• Only one voucher may be redeemed per person, per visit.

Eligibility:

• Vouchers can only be used by individuals aged 18 years or older.

Appointment Cancellation:

• Appointments booked with vouchers are subject to the salon’s standard cancellation policy.
• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the voucher will be considered used and will no longer be valid.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Fraudulent Use:

• Any attempt to duplicate or alter vouchers will result in the invalidation of the voucher and refusal of service.

Service Restrictions:

• Vouchers cannot be used for group bookings or packages, unless explicitly stated.
• Some services may not be available for voucher redemption; please inquire when booking.

No Change Given:

• If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the service any remaining credit will be added to the bearers account.

Promotional Bonus Vouchers:

• Bonus vouchers issued as part of this campaign (e.g., £10 or £25) are subject to the same terms and conditions.
• Bonus vouchers must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

Service Availability:

• Voucher redemption is subject to appointment availability.
• Peak times may require advance booking.

Additional Charges:

• If the selected service costs more than the voucher value, the balance must be paid at the time of the appointment.

Amendments:

• The salon reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of vouchers at any time without prior notice.

Special Offers Exclusion:

• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other special offers, discounts, or promotions.
